This notice is addressed to all students enrolled in the «Chinese Conversation Foundation» class, sponsored by the Chinese Baptist Church Phnom Penh.
To strengthen academic quality, discipline, and consistent attendance, the Committee and teaching staff hereby issue the following internal regulations and obligations that every student must strictly follow:
Attendance Discipline (Absence)
All students must attend classes regularly and on time.
Any absence (excused or unexcused) exceeding 3 times in one month will be reviewed and subject to a monetary penalty of 80,000 Riel (USD 20).

Church Program Participation
Every student must participate in church programs at least 2 times per month, as invited by their teachers.
Participation directly benefits students by developing knowledge and accelerating progress in Chinese conversation practice.
Minimum participation
2 times per month
Disciplinary Measures & Study Termination
- 1First offense: Students who fail to meet the 2 church program attendances (in the first month) will be summoned for a meeting and direct counseling with the Committee.
- Second offense: If a student continues to be absent or fails to meet the 2-time monthly requirement for 2 additional consecutive months, teachers and the Committee will immediately terminate their enrollment without further conditions.
All students are hereby informed and expected to comply with this notice responsibly, effective from the date of posting.
